TMT is for people who want more than short-term aesthetic results — getting stronger, moving better, and building habits that hold up for years.
Whether you're starting over, coming back after time away, or you just want a more intentional approach, your program is built around your current ability, your goals, and your life.
-
Yes. It's built around your goals, how you move, your experience, your schedule, and the equipment you have at home. Instead of a generic plan, you progress through structured phases, levels, and benchmarks.
You'll always know what you're working on, why, and where you stand.
-
Your program fits into your life instead of taking it over.
Two days per week, and 50 minutes per day is all you need.
-
TMT builds a body that performs in everyday life. Finishing a hard workout isn't the goal. Your training combines fundamental movement patterns, strength, mobility, recovery, nutritional guidance, assessments, and weekly accountability, with clear benchmarks showing how your ability is changing. You shouldn't have to leave every session wrecked. Train with precision instead, and you get stronger, more capable, and better prepared for what your day actually asks of you.

You'll answer a few questions about your goals, training history, and what you want from coaching.
It takes about five minutes. Then you'll pick a time for a 30-minute Zoom call, where we'll talk through your goals, answer your questions, and decide together whether TMT is the right fit.
If we move forward, we'll complete your initial assessment and start building your plan.
